By accessing or using ColoringForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Description of Service
ColoringForge is a web-based AI-powered platform that generates coloring pages from text prompts and uploaded images. The Service is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product accessible at coloringforge.online and app.coloringforge.online. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.
3. User Accounts
You may use limited features without registration. To access full functionality, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at coloring.forge.online@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Plans and Generations
The Service offers a Free tier and one-time generation packs. Free accounts include a limited number of generations to try the Service without a credit card. Paid packs grant a fixed number of generations that do not expire. Current pack details and pricing are described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and allotments with reasonable notice.
5. License and Usage Rights
Free tier: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may download, print, and share generated pages for personal use. Pro tier: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated content for commercial purposes, including selling prints, incorporating pages into products, and distributing on marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon KDP, and Teachers Pay Teachers. In both cases, this license is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property from ColoringForge to you.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (e.g., reference images, prompts). By uploading content, you grant ColoringForge a limited, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload, and that such content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable law. You may not upload content that is illegal, obscene, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent credit limits or access controls • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service • Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its underlying technology, design, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of ColoringForge and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service or its intellectual property other than the limited license described herein.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COLORINGFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Modifications to Terms and Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability to you.
